Why are my rates much lower than average recovery coaches?

You may have noticed that my services cost less than other eating disorder recovery coaches out there and there’s a reason for that. I’ve personally experienced the barrier high costs can create when seeking out help for my eating disorder. While everyone deserves a livable wage, we also deserve care that we can afford and my goal is to bridge that gap.

Filters

My one-on-one sessions provide a place to debrief around recovery and/or chronic illness. However you need support, whether that’s having a meal or snack together, completing an assignment, or just venting and troubleshooting struggles within your recovery, I am there for support.

$40.00

This service is available to clients within a one hour radius of me, within New Jersey. This can be booked for us to have a meal or snack together, go clothing shopping, or go grocery shopping together.

$80.00

This includes one session and access to my chat feature. I’m available for support through messaging from 8am-8pm for extra reassurance, strong feelings about a meal or snack, general advice, etc. This service works on a weekly basis Mon-Sun.
